Dear Valued Customers:
It is with great disappointment that we must inform you--our current Tuscany Services, LLC customers subscribing to any of our Cable TV, internet, and/or phone services--that the One Las Vegas HOA Board has reached its final decision regarding our position as the exclusive provider of these services in the building: Effective May 1, 2014, we will no longer provide any level of Cable TV, Internet or Telephone service in the One Las Vegas Towers. We WILL; however, remain in the building as the ONLY authorized dealers/installers of DIRECTV.
All current residential TELEPHONE customers of Tuscany Services, LLC are hereby given notice to contact your new provider to discuss their phone service options. Once you have scheduled a date for the installation of your new service(s), please call us to schedule the final disconnection of our service(s). If you wish to keep your current phone number, it is important that you begin the “porting” process with the new provider immediately as this process requires 7 to 30 days to complete. Also, you must let us know if you do plan to port your current phone number to the new provider so that we know to keep your current phone service active until the porting is complete. Remember, it is your sole responsibility to notify us at Tuscany Services, LLC when the phone number has been successfully transferred to the new provider, as confirmed by the new provider, so that we, as your previous provider, can schedule the final disconnection of your services with us and prepare your final invoice or refund accordingly.
THE FINAL DISCONNECTION DATE* FOR ALL PHONE SERVICE IS JUNE 1, 2014.
* This 30-day extension will allow sufficient time to transfer your phone service from us to your new provider.
To facilitate a smooth transition, we ask that you call us at Tuscany Services, LLC at your earliest convenience to schedule the final disconnection of all services, and if applicable, arrange to have our equipment returned to us so that any equipment deposits paid by you, the customer, may be refunded accordingly.

Tuscany Services, LLC will continue to support our current DIRECTV customers in the One Las Vegas Towers. All customers requesting to make the switch to new DIRECTV service and all DIRECTV Mover customers must also contact us to apply for and install your new or existing DIRECTV service.
